Welcome to Seven Devils Cabin Retreat – A Dream Come True
In 2006, I took a trip to visit a dear friend in Boise, Idaho. What began as a simple getaway turned into something life-changing. I fell head over heels for Idaho—the breathtaking beauty of its rugged landscapes, the welcoming spirit of its people, and the endless opportunities for adventure. It wasn’t long before I knew this was where I belonged. By 2007, I had made the Boise area my home.
Having traveled extensively across Europe and throughout the United States, I can confidently say Idaho is truly one of the most spectacular places on earth. Its natural topography, with rivers cutting through dramatic canyons and mountains rolling endlessly into the horizon, is something to behold.
Owning a cabin in a serene location was a dream I had carried since childhood. In 2020, that dream became a reality when I stumbled upon Seven Devils Cabin, tucked away in the Riggins area. This wasn’t just any cabin—it had a soul, a history that spoke to me.
The cabin was originally built in the early 1980s by two brothers who used it as a hunting retreat. Years later, they sold it—on nothing more than a handshake—to a young couple passing through Idaho. Enchanted by the area’s beauty, the couple made the cabin their home for over three decades, spending their days watching deer, birds, and other wildlife in the peaceful surroundings.
When I purchased the cabin, the owners made one heartfelt request: that I wouldn’t turn around and sell it. I promised them—and myself—that this cabin would remain in my family for generations to come.
The cabin is more than just a structure; it’s a place where dreams are realized, where peace finds you, and where nature wraps you in its embrace. While this special retreat is now a cherished family treasure, I wanted to share it with others—family, friends, and new friends like you.
